RENOVATION: THE FARM HOUSE
Renovation of the old Farm House building, a 60 year plus building, on the Happy Lands farm (now Zandspruit Boulevard commercial area). All services had to be brought in, septic tank installed. Restaurant and bar was built, store rooms were added and offices and retail space created in the old building.
