New Build: Commercial Property
The Farm House development consisted of the redevelopment of one of Hoedspruit’s oldest buildings – the original farm house on the Happy Lands farm which now forms part of the Zandspruit residnetial and commercial developments.
Thereafter 1000 square metres of additional commercial space were added in the form of office buildings, shops, a spa, a bar, a restaurant and a food production facility.
